Refund policy

Each item is hand crafted and made to order so each item may have slight variations in color, brightness, placement and finish. Dimensional variances of the blank substrate used to produce your merchandise between different manufacturers and suppliers may also be present. All effort will be taken to select blank substrate from a common supplier per order in an attempt to reduce dimensional variances. In all cases these types of variances are not considered defects and do not warrant product returns or refunds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Returns & Refunds
We do not offer Returns or Refunds. We do however want our customers to be happy with their purchase so please contact us if you are not satisfied.
