After completing your purchase, buyer will need to send a design or picture file to our email address. We can work with most file formats. The key is to have the highest quality resolution possible. The better the graphics, the better the final product. (Picture shown is an example only.)

SPECIAL NOTE: Direct exposure of UV light over a period of time may fade your design. Products kept out of direct sunlight for extended periods will last longer.

Each item is hand crafted and made to order so each item may have slight variations in color, brightness, placement and finish. Dimensional variances of the blank substrate used to produce your merchandise between different manufacturers and suppliers may also be present. All effort will be taken to select blank substrate from a common supplier per order in an attempt to reduce dimensional variances. In all cases these types of variances are not considered defects and do not warrant product returns or refunds.
